The products we implement and support are:

MS Dynamics Great Plains (GP)-Is an ERP application with a general focus. By working with ISV’s and implementing specific GP Modules we can automate just about any business process

MS Dynamics Solomon (SL)-Is an ERP application targeted specifically at project-driven organizations. Dynamics SL excels at managing professional and field service organizations, and is used extensively in the construction management field.

MS Dynamics CRM-CRM used to be a way to manage your sales pipeline and customer information. Today, this product can manage complex relationships between different entities. MS Dynamics CRM can manage help desk cases, track who sent what documents to which customer and when. When properly implemented, CRM can provide an audit trail for every step in your customer management process. Furthermore, it integrates with Microsoft Outlook so user training is minimal.
