Training, education and rollout are key success factors for every implementation. The best requirements analysis, implementation and customization must be accompanied by a solid, proven training program.

Training takes on many forms. We perceive it as a continual process which begins during the requirements analysis. During this initial phase, a prototype of the solution is used to gauge the solution's fit. Further, it is the initial review of the system by the users to determine whether we are on target.

During design and implementation, continued prototyping, user review and modification of business processes are key touch points for training.

Prior to rollout, we provide your users with web-based training programs to train them on the basics of the solution. This is not only cost-effective, it also allows your employees to view the information when it is most convenient for them. This web-based training is provided in easy to remember 10-minute clips to keep the interest of the users and provide for better retention of information.

Upon rollout, structured training sessions at your place of business will provide your users with the information they need to perform their daily tasks. This group-style session will review key business processes. Our focus will be to identify step-by-step instructions to complete specific business processes. Further, each session will focus on the specific user-groups who need the information, thus making the most use of your employee's time.

Face-to-face training will typically follow group training to show exception handling, role specific steps and provide in-depth understanding of the solution.
