CRM Statement of Direction (SOD)
Summary
This is an important update to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Statement of Direction (SOD). It outlines the future direction of the next major release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which is currently referred to as “v.Next” and is targeted for release in late CY 2009 or early CY 2010. There are two key changes to this document: (1) due to the high interest in the new CRM accelerators, the SOD has been revised to provide more details and/or screenshots for each accelerator, and (2) the prior version of this document contained some inaccurate information about release dates. Please discard any previous version of this document, and encourage customers and partners to rely on this updated document as the best available source of information about v.Next.
Note that this document is intended to be periodically updated as details are developed and it is not intended to be a detailed specification as items may change or be dropped over the course of time. Notice of any updates will be provided.
