Back in 1993: Capturing Time
In 1993 I was first introduced to a small user group debating the age old debate of how to get staff to accurately capture time. In the CPA niche time is not only captured, but the write up and write down of that time is audit trailed as tightly as cash flow. In 1993 automating CPA firms was my focus.

Firms as small as 5 people and as large as 200 + were sharing best practice ideas and getting value out of the interaction.

Now 15 years later this theme continues. What is the absolutely best way to motivate staff to capture all their billable time accurately and to communicate to staff the impact they have on the bottomline?
