Microsoft will end Dynamics GP product updates on December 31, 2029, and security patches on April 30, 2031. Since Microsoft announced those dates, many partners have shifted to pushing a “migration” to Business Central and pressuring GP customers to move while withholding the facts. What's often missing is a clear look at how long customers can stay on Dynamics GP beyond 2031.
So you're left wondering whether staying on GP is a smart call or a liability you're quietly carrying.
An ERP that still works deserves a partner who's committed to supporting it.
GP customers tell us the same thing all the time: they're tired of being pushed, and they just want a partner who'll stick around. That's us. GP is the ERP we run our own business on, we have no plans to replace it, and we'll support GP customers for as long as they need us.
Njevity's support, training, and implementation team has spent decades working inside Dynamics GP.
As an ISV, we are continuing to create add-ons that keep GP doing more. We don't just maintain GP, we invest in it.
GP doesn't shut off in 2031, and neither do we. While other partners pivot away, we're staying put.

Keeping GP is a smart call, as long as what's underneath it stays healthy. The problems that hurt most are the ones nobody sees until month-end. A Health Check finds them while you still have time to fix them on your terms.
Microsoft did loyal GP customers a disservice with their scare tactics. They pushed us into a system that didn’t fit. If you’re still on GP, don’t panic. Your systems won’t just stop working. What you really need is a partner who knows GP and understands your business.
Njevity is the reason we are comfortable staying with Dynamics GP. They moved us to their cloud with ease, allowing us to continue working in an environment we are familiar with. Their support is always timely. In addition to all this, they are helping us utilize parts of GP that we previously only had hopes of using. I would highly recommend Njevity as a partner!
