CRM 2016 Notes not visible in Chrome

We had a client the complained notes were not visible in Opportunities. Found the issue in the Font Color in the style sheet.

I edited the file CRMWeb_staticcss1033notesv2.css.aspx by changing the notesTextBoxDiv color to #000000
