Njevity – What’s in a name?
N_J_E-V-I-T-Y.
Yes—as a salesman, I find myself spelling this out for sales prospects just about as often as I spell my own last name, Baumbach. Why couldn’t I have been born a Smith or a Jones. People know how to spell those names without even asking but Baumbach or Njevity? Well, that takes some work and spelling it out is just part of my day.

OK—so the company name is NJEVITY. What’s that all about? Well, in this Internet world in which we live, attempting to find a “normal” domain name that has not already been taken is tough if not impossible. So making up unique names is a necessity to find a space on the World Wide Web that has not already been taken, but NJEVITY? What’s that all about?

Well, Njevity is the contraction of two words, Ingenuity and Longevity. Hence, NJEVITY.

AHHH—now we have a name that is unique, opens a domain name for us on the WWW, gets people to ask about the name and requires salesmen to spell it out!! Looks like we have got it! Now—we have got the name. How does that describe us?

Well, as I like to tell people when I am on the phone each day, Njevity provides unique software solutions that last.
