Microsoft Dynamics CRM goes Social

In the upcoming Q2 2012 service update to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft is enhancing the micro-blogging features they introduced in the November service update (called Activity Feeds). The new release will provide a Facebook like ability to ‘like’ and ‘unlike’ activity feed posts. It also includes a timeline view of all posts that mention the user (@me filter). There will be better filtering to help find relevant posts, and managers will now be able to follow all the posts related to any of the people they manage.

The activity feed functionality is available in the Dynamics CRM Marketplace for FREE. Click here to download it. It is a solution that you will need to import into your Dynamics CRM organization to start using.
